Lucky Draw & Random Inclusions
Due to the production process, shipping may take several business days. Minor printing imperfections are normal and non-refundable.

Customs & Import Fees
Taxes, VAT and customs charges are not included in the product price and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping details. Orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be refunded.

Packaging Notice
Outer boxes are designed for protection during transport only. Minor marks on packaging may occur and are not considered defects. If you notice any damages, film the package before opening. Without video proofs of the unboxing, we cannot guarantee any compensation.

Unsealed albums
Unsealed albums are second hand goods which may contain minor damages. They come without the photocards or postcards originally included with the sealed album.
